Child custody in case of post-separation violence represents a complex situation: the focus is, on one hand, on children and women’s protection from the violence, on the other hand on parental rights What is known about how these decisions are taken? Aim of my research is to examine how the professionals involved manage the situations of child custody in case of violence, and on which basis they take relevant decisions.
